Naw it's where large amounts of migrant chinese people live and reproduce their culture in sections of a city. Never been to one, as I don't live on a coast where there would be immigrants

Lol yes they are very legit. There are also Koreatowns and Japantowns, also Hawaii is made up of mostly Asian immigrants.

It's a neighboorhood within the city, like a couple of blocks where immigrants from the same country live.

Okay I see the Shaw as already explaned this to you. Yes they are real, I have been to the one in New York city before.

"China town", "Little Italy", and all those other things are just referring to a large amount of people of a particular ethnicity in one certain part of a large city.

Toronto has many of these, because Toronto is very multi-cultural.

It comes to a point where many people of a particular ethnicity who lived there for generations have things like convenience stores named after stuff in their culture, and then it becomes known as a "Chinese neighbourhood" or whatever said ethnicity is. And that's why you see them.

Come to think of it I can't imagine that many Chinese moving to finland.. but Toronto has a gigantic China town.

Well we have 13 Chinese people in our school, which is quite allot.

I was one of them.

My school has a couple of black guys, plus a family of Albanians and a family of Vietnamese. Also an Austrian exchange chick.
