Byzantium is not badass, it's a sick old man waiting for the Turks to kick them to the curb. However, everyone at Paradox seems to want them to kill everyone, and therefore they seem to get free unbeatable armies every few seconds. It's quite annoying.

EU3, which already overpowers them to all hell, and Death and Taxes seems to add to that as well.

Reviving fallen empires is a personal hobby of mine, Let them have their byzantine power, it will be interesting defeating them late game.

They bordered me, and are in my natural path of expansion. They're dead, damnit. Such a shame the lag and crashes make it unplayable.

Tsk Tsk, what is dead can never die, Byzantium is the heart of Rome, people love Rome, people hate to see it crumble. Just like it did In Real History.

It's more of the disgusting fanaticism Roman Fanboys have towards Byzantium that gives them a edge in history, deep down I feel that thy are Romans, would not die for Rome. God i love Rome.

They were pretty cool until they got split up. At that point, it was over pretty quick. The Greeks tried to make the best of it, but failed horribly.

Honestly its like there trying to save "Rome" but at the same time they re going against history, byzantium has to fall for Rome to live, honestly that made no sense but it sounds cool.
