Tried for War crimes? I don't think so. He was wrong to invade, yes, but War Crimes? What did he do to be worthy of it?

Yeah, it is not like Bush was the first president to unjustifiably invade a country, and he sure as hell wasn't the first world leader either.

The Iraq conflict was the best humanitarian effort ever, never was an official war.

It isn't a war? Then why have we been there for over 5 years, and depose of their leader? You call that a humanitarian effort? Because if it is, then it is a pretty bloody and unsuccessful one.

We never went to war, actually we haven't been to war since world war 2. It was a military engagement on humanitarian grounds approved by the Congress, no formal act of war was made.

America has a weird definition of war then.

It's so we can go to war without actually going to war.

Yeah, this way we don't need a declaration of war, or at least we didn't. I think there was some new law recentely though, that makes approval from congress required.

Guantanamo Bay is why he should be tried for war crimes Cheney cant even travel internationally anymore because he is afraid of being tracked down and arrested by the U.N.
