There's nothing more that we could/should possibly do. Che is banned for a multitude of reasons. He broke many rules and thus incurred the penalty. To expect us to subvert the rules for his benefit is selfish and despicable.

Unless stalins parents declare themselves a group, ethnicity or religon i dont believe it is...Just death threats to family members of forum goers which i think should be covered by death threat rules if its not already.

Maybe Hate Speech isn't the correct term. Still, I think it would go under Personal Attacks which the rules do not specify to only users.

If we don't limit it to users then it severely limits speech on the site. It's a common sense thing but we can always amend it if it really turns out as some big deal...

There is no Death Threat rule. It gets lumped into Personal Attacks, in fact Death Threats aren't even listed on the Tiers.
