So far you've pretty much done nothing but wipe out the clan. Which is actually a good thing, although it doesn't sound very good.

Anyway, Che has actually done more than you so far(not counting tourney attendance, at least).

Well first off, I don't really want to ban anybody. So it's not exempting him as much as freeing up everything.
Anyway, Prohibition isn't even what I want, it's a compromise and if you looked into it you might agree with the theory.

Che didn't jeopardize our integrity, what are you talking about?

Something you must understand Kara, is that whether the Mods like it or not, they have follow the rule system in place. If they were to let Che get away with what he did, it would serve as a negative example to others. People would see this gap in the system, and start acting up themselves. And when punished, they would just cite Che as an excuse. 'He gets away with way more than I do!'. Which I believe was happening every now and then, as was.

Now, regarding how the situation was handled - Yes, it was handled wrong. But at no fault of the mods. They tried very hard to take action, but Stalin had some interest in him. We must remember that this is, after-all, Stalin's site, and he can do whatever he wants with it. (Short of breaking real life laws).

To be perfectly honest, I don't think all of that hatefilled nonsense we got from Che came from his own accord. If you look back at the sites history, he started off far more placid. The fact is, many of us did exploit the situation to hurl abuse at him, and while I do believe that deserves to be addressed, there is little chance of it being so now. So in the end, I believe we all must take at least partial responsibility for his actions, and do our best to avoid similar in the future.
