Most the sightings in Russia have just been military vehicles, or carriers that the government has even said they were.
Yeah probably. I remember one story that happened in North of Finland i believe. Everyone spotted some weird thing in the air, but it turned out to be a Russian failed ICBM. Can't fully explained what it looked like in the air, but i'll show it to you later on.
Yeah I remember that, it wasn't an ICBM though I'm pretty sure it was something that carries several missiles. There were no missiles in it though.
Russian prototypes? Come on, every time there's some weird anomily in the sky people say, "ALIENS!" Given there's thousands, if not millions, of people who claim to have been "kidnaped" by aliens I don't think they'd be that under caucious.
Of course. Do you think "uncivilised" countries will have the technology, knowledge and money to build innovative and top secret military prototypes?
Its strange that all UFO sightings started at about the same time television became available to the general public.
Ancient Aliens? I say no! Though similar things have been claimed to be ancient aliens in ancient religions (looking at you, Annunaki), if you look at the religions today with the same pre-determined conclusion you will end up with something similar. The technology was in there means. But I'm not going to take a dump on the idea of aliens in general, they almost certainly existed somewhere at some time. The problem remains, someone is first, and someone is last. Humanity could be first or last. Hell, maybe there's even a race of intergalactic machines that cull all space-faring life in the galaxy every 500 years (and call themselves "reapers"), I wouldn't know. And UFO's seen in the hay-day of UFO spotting where not these stupid lights in the sky you see at night (otherwise known as passenger airliners) but material objects. A curious correlation is the "silver disks" and the SR-71 Blackbird, which was being tested at the time from, guess where? Area 51/Groom Lake! And guess what color this prototype is? Silver, Lockheed didn't paint the prototype. -edit- Despite harboring heaps of skepticism, I have seen a UFO, looked like a black balloon, just hovered there. If it was anything at all, it was probably a huge black balloon that was tied to the movie rental place it was above. Or ET wants to rent old VHS tapes, that's a possibility. With Area 51 on the mind, that thing is rarely used for anything, the feds probably moved it all to the good ol' Dugway Proving Grounds. The only thing that had some sort of clicked with me of area 51 were rumors of a stealth blimp being developed by our friends at Lockheed, and seeing it later in the local paper. So if you want to know what's happen at groom lake, bug Lockheed, they're there.
