My sister's friend is so brainwashed, it is sad. She literally lives by the bible. She said she is gonna get a tatoo of her husband when she gets something, and when asked what if she gets divorced, she says she won't get divorced because its not what the bible allows. She also told my sister she could not wear a bikini too her pool party because good christians don't wear bikinis. Not to mention, she said she can tell my sister doesnt believe in the bible because of what she says...Its fucking scary.
I think that's generally the case in Western Europe. Most European countries have state religions, but mainly because no one ever bothered to change them. As far as I know, there's freedom of religion in most of Europe. Well then.
Yeah, I ain't surprised alot of Christians don't know what's in the bible. So you alway's get these werid types of Christians, like the liberals who think that they can just chop the parts they don't like out and God loves everyone. Or the Fundamentalists which completely ignore all the peace and love parts, and usually take the kill the heretics and gays parts seriously. The day I meet a Christian who actually follows the bible exactly to the latter, and knows the bible inside and out will be a very creepy day. Show her, Deuteronomy 22:23- 24, Deuteronomy 22:28 -29, Ephesians 5:22- 24, Corinithians 11:8- 9, It,d be interesting to see how she reacts if she's a bible freak.
