If the universe has to have a beginning than a God has to have a beginning. Therefore, if you tell us a God does not have to have a beginning, than there is no reason for us to believe you when you tell us that a universe has to have a beginning. But religion's argument is greater right? lol.
Read Above. That is what is wrong with atheists. The lol shit. It pisses me off. The only thing I can do for you now is to pray that you don't burn in hell. Everytime YOU argue with me about religion, you always include lol. I mean really, how is it funny what someone believes? That is a form a persecution.
Please explain. saying lol is not a form of persecution. I find it hilarious the amount of hypocrisy you have when you talk about religion. You say that the universe could not have always existed, and it had to have had a creator, but when questioned what created the creator, you say the creator has always existed. Hypocrisy. And the universe is matter. Matter has always existed.
Kind of is....you laugh at what I believe and you don't respect those beliefs. I mean you don't have to agree with me, but can you at least respect my beliefs? No you can't because you have a hatred for Christianity. Actually I never said God has always existed. Where in the last several posts did I actually say that? I believe a spirit isn't a life form or something that needs to be created. EDIT: I can't explain God that well. I never will truly know what happened until I die. Anyways, I have to go do somethings so I won't post until tomorrow.
So you say that there is a possibility that god has a beginning, and therefore he has been created but you also say that he's a spirit that isn't created? You're contradicting yourself.
Well one would assume when someone says that God was never created that they think they have always existed. Unless you believe God appeared out of nowhere, which contradicts what you say about the universe not being able to just appear out of nowhere.
Buddha does love getting all up in people's grills. He doesn't quite get the whole personal space deal.
Yup..if you don't know I am Buddhist there is no god but there is an afterlife...once were dead we just float the earth without people seeing us.
I always get the feeling that Buddhism is more a philosophy instead of a religion. And I know you can say a religion is a philosophy and all that. There is a certain difference which I can't really explain, even in Dutch, but I hope you understand what I mean.
Yes it is...its more like a philosophy than a religion.. ..for example the bad things you do and be balanced with the good things you do....the religion always forgives and helps no matter who are..only you can self-liberate yourself then you be truly free for example in Christianity believes only god can save you, once he does your are still a slave by debt that you own from god.
