This build involves not getting any gas until about 40 food, with a fast expo. After you get gas it's all about harassment and finally finishing them off with ultralisks. Brought to my attention be Day9 and made by Spanishiwa. I have NOT lost a game since doing this build and cant recommend it enough.

The only downfall of this is that if your opponent is smart and scouts. All you have in your army are drones. But it if you don't get scouted and you keep pumping drones your economy will be beast.

No, you should have 4 queens, a few spine crawlers, and you also have a spawning pool so you can make zerglings. Cheese on the other hand is the only real weakness of the build but you should be able to find and stop this with some scouting of your own.

No. I would not recommend this build as a base. The early game is where zerg is at its best, and this cripples it with blocking your tech tree by not using gas.
Once a clever toss sees what you are doing, there will be a zealot onslaught, multiple expansions, and either air superiority or colossi-gate.

I'd disagree. In brood wars yes, but in SC2 Zerg endgame is where it's at. If you haven't been constantly harassing a Zerg and you've enabled him to Macro up, it's almost impossible to beat because the speed at which they can replenish.

Also I'll point out that silver league and lower, it's all about the cheese, so strategies that don't defend well against it, or players who can't adapt strategies to defend against it, generally don't do well.
