Last year a bunch of twats managed to get their hands on a bag weed and smoke it in school - for their first time, the majority of them were totally blitzed for the last lesson of the day. To make shit worse, the next day police sniffer dogs came into school and I have some friends that reqularly have weed on them... they were terrified.

It is never to late to write in and tell the government what your neighbors are doing...

I think they'd appriciate that, seeing as they can never quite know enough about what is happening in the streets.
