    Tyranids are pretty much the same. They constantly evolve from biological leftovers they collect and theres an endless amount of them as well.

    because he is the only Templar you have to kill in assassin's creed brotherhood , the other ones run away or get killed by someone else and the templars is 2012 try to kill you with police batons, he's the person that makes the Templars best bad guys faction

    I'd actually say the Rakatan Infinite Empire from SW: KotOR. I mean, in that universe, they spanned over a crapton of planets, and made a battle station that pooped out droids and starships...I mean, you never get to fight that empire itself, but they're still pretty badass.

    How quickly people forget the horror that is the combine from HL2.
    Actually, I've gotta go with the Imperium of Man, if only because DESPITE the thousands of worlds they've glassed, the senseless, mindless killing of billions of souls on a daily basis, and the use of dictatorial control that would make 1984's Oceania disgusted, they are, frustratingly, in the right and their methods (crudely) stop far greater horrors from arising.
