I have this sick curiosity to see the bill pass, just so I can see exactly what the Hacktivists have in their pockets.
And, if it does pass, all one living in America would have to do is get a dynamic IP, make a false persona, say you live in a different country, and upload slightly less frequently. It would probably be about the same risk ratio as pirating, and although I am not involved in such activity, to my knowledge very few people get arrested, or charged for it.

If this bill passes, the internet as we know it is gone. All of my favourite LPers on Youtube will be gone as Youtube is an American company. Oh, the stupidity of politicians. If the bill makes it into law (unlikely), I hope EVERYONE who enjoys LPs and stuff goes out and protest in their millions until the bill is overturned. Hell, I would fly over to the States and join in.

If it passes, just put on your best British accent while talking in the LP or stream. Keep them off your scent.
Although I would imagine seeing a 500,000% rise in Cockney commentators.

Everyone send a letter to the Congress from here to fight this bill:
    http://act.demandprogress.org/letter/te ... C&rd=1&t=1

Spam their inboxes with (polite) letters of protest to save Let's Plays! The great irony if this passes: China will have softer internet laws than the US.

If it gets passed, which it most likely won't, then that will seriously suck for you guys in the US... I, on the other hand, won't be affected by this bullshit... and surely by implementing this bill - won't that go against the 1st Amendment?

If you're so worried about this passing, maybe you guys should take some initiative and actually do something.
