    at least were safe, stalin is in Canada. and i dont mind im not in or from the states either. Im curious though, are big companies actualy behind this? such as the big gaming companies (EA, treyarch, 2K...) and companies like IGN and Machimina working against it?

    Blip operates in America, so Stalin is screwed too because Blip will take down his videos.
    Stalin would have to find another foreign video-hosting place. And that's just annoying.

    Well actually blip.tv has rules against posting game footage and they have done nothing.

    They probably have that rule so if some big company is mad about the footage they can say it was the uploader's fault for not following the rules, then take it down and avoid suit.

    It's all just to prevent lawsuits. LIke that sensetivity training, crap.

    Surely if you have copyright (like IGN and Machinima) then they will still be able to upload. Hell, they would probably support it because it destroys cometition!
