I did give a massive mega update to compensate. (Though, probobly too much medicin at once.) I am only going to cheat to make alliances that i cant make but make sense like the Canada-USA alliance in the civil war. Also, Canada's goal here is to eliminate a threat to the south, not anexation. Canada only has 12 Million people (1 million are exiled British nationals). Also, my game did crash at one point so I will hve to use the Autosave to rcover part of my game. Dont worry, it was only perliminary battles, nothing descisive. And I do want to see what is happening with Russia, knowing this mod, it will probobly be a complete mess.
great. just fucking great. my fan on my laptop craped out...seccond malfunction within weeks. im going to try to recover my save file, but \i cant have it on for too long, so school files are #1... but, i have some immages on immageshack which i will form into an update to fill the gap
I spent 1000$ on that thing, I want a full fucking refund. Yeah, it was able to play Starcraft, Civ 5 and fallout on highter settings and run smothly, but what good is it if the hard disk fails on you and the CPU and GPU melt because of a faulty fan.
Ok, so I have some delightful news. I got my laptop back! And the fan works far more efficiently than it ever did before. I am delighted to report that an update is on its way, whenever I feal like it within the next few days. BTW, I now forgive HP due to its top of the line custamer service. Seriously, I called Friday, got my box monday, sent it in tuesday, got it today!
I think I shall continue with this AAR thanks to Stalins shout out in the interview. =) But yeah, I have now fixed the problems with my computer and can hopefully continue of a smooth platform. Update comming soon!
Canada had the opertunity to take over Alaska, but descided that the recent alliance with the Federal Americans would be at risk with our country securing our flank. The CSA has moved into the Federal Loyal New England. In response, the troops who recently graduated from the prestigious Royal Military college in Kingston have taken the initiative to counter attack CSA militiamen before they could attack the homeland. Their heavy artliery and RMC training ment that these factory workers playing soilder had no chance against Canadian firepower as many either die, surrender, or drop their weapons and flee. It would take full time soilders to defeat the arms of Canada. The CSA does not have much of a chance with Canadian troops attacking the industrial city of Detroit. This should be a huge blow to the CSA as they want to make heavy weapons such as tanks from the Auto plants in the home of General Motots, Ford, and other major car manufacterors. The executives now living in Toronto are pleased with the capture of the city and have met with the king and the prime minister with some special plans for a post war America. This very early sucess to the war shows may be the ticket to London with some serious American support. Canadian aircraft devistate the capital of the CSA, Chicago. The city is in ruins as American troops advance on the city. As a sing of mercy, panflets were droped all over the city anouncing the mass arial bombardment by Canadian Stategic Bombers so most civilians were evacuated. Only a month earlier, the CSA seemed like the most powerfull faction in the Americas with its industrial strength, but it could not use it in time for quick Canadian and Federal American counter attacks. The Royal Canadian Navy is ready to set forth into the Atlantic Ocean. Many American ships have defected to the CSA and AUS and they cannot be allowed to operate and threaten the shores of Canada and the United States. Those were old immages. My last save from the AAR file was from April 1st 1937. I will have some fresh photos ready ASAP.
Oh, and notice I have some discent due to the War and I think one of the parlamentry scandal events. I will work on it in peace time. Also, I like to give full unedited screenshots so you can see my supply situation and IC, descent and all that good stuff. I love you people!
I just made 30 screenshots over the next 2 months and I dont think its going to be as smooth sailing from here as the feds are having trouble and the AUS has finally reached my lines...
i see your running low on supply, any chance of easing some ic off consumer goods to get a buffer of supply? Although now i think of it you don't really need supply since its peace time. :roll:
Also, I just got Darkest Hour, but I intend on keeping this AAR into HoI 2. I will update again tonight, I promise that, but I want to give DH a go first. And for the reccord, I did receive a boner when stalin mentioned me and my AAR :shock: :shock: Also, I do not have a huge army and the AI is handling my IC distribution because i dont like fiddling with it every 5 secconds.
Ok, here we go! An other update today! The civil war, April 1st, 1837. The Federal government is a complete disaster as of this moment. The areas officially under her control are now being taken over by organized gangs or various rebel groups calling themselvs "Soviets" in sympathy with the CSA uprising. Also, it can only muster a fraction of its industrial capacity. Canada remains the most organized power in the civil war and is backed up by Australian and Carabean air units. A massive general assult has been issued by the Canadian high command. Huge arliery barrages are heared on the front line and the organized Canadian infantry who have perfected Great War tactics unlike their counterparts in the USA, AUS, CSA and PSA. Like lightning, infiltration teams soon after take out the heaviest of defenses allong the front lines and use radios to communicate essential targets for the artilery. Shortly after, a massive wave of infantry attack the weakest points in their defenses and the line crumbles very fast. To make things worse, the enemy has had no time to prepare defenses properly and they are not trained in the same way as the Canadians nor are they well equiped. They simply melt away after a couple of hours allong the entire front line. However, they remain determined for victory just as much, if not more so than ever unlike the demoralized USA government who has fled to Denver. The CSA navy seems to be outmatched by the superior tactics of the Royal navy and the use of Air Carriers for the first time on a large scale. The dammage done is immense and the Admirality is excited and eager to study further ways to use these large landing platforms in battle. They are also pleased that two more of these carriers will be ready within the next couple months! The CSA on the east coast of the USA has been defeated and now a much more organized AUS have taken their place. Canadian troops now take positions outside Washington and prepare to assult the city for a seccond time! This time for its liberation! Things are looking a little better by the first of June, though the CSA have pushed west. But now the AUS has become the dominant American faction and vows to defeat the enemies of America wherever they may lie! Meanwhile, some grave news. First conscription Riots plague Quebec. Seccond, the City of winiped has been raided by CSA soilders. It laid undefended and the people flee into northern Manitoba and Ontario while the RCMP have gathered a force to deal with the lightly armed men in Montreal. Hopefully, the RCMP who have organized themselves into a military style Cavalary division can deal with domestic threats as they take their equipment onto the trains. They definatly have a mobility advantage over the militia. Now we begin our first major assult against AUS regulars. It is clear that we are now in for a tough fight. Though defeating our enemies while they are weeker and fighting eachother is much better than letting them gather their strength. Now its up to us to defeat them as the USA federals are too weak to hold the lines. Meanwhile, in Europe, Russia is falling appart to Japanese, Siberian, Mongolian and central asian barbarians even after they defeated the reds. Note, those white people are alied with Japan. Then, on July 4th, 1937, Japanese imperial ambition become greater as they declare war of the Qing Empire of China and Germany. Truley, the world has descended into total anarchy. The Americas are in flames, Europe in on the brink of War, Russia is broken, and Asia is about to feal the wrath of the Empire of the Rising Sun! To be continued...
