I could just change the title to "People's Assembly General Discussion Thread" if you'd like.

You're assuming all the mods voted and voted for no on all of it.

Ya Sly, there's like 2 whole mods who wouldn't vote No.

Anyway, Sly is right kinda sorta. The reason No is flying ahead is because of the mods. Otherwise they'd either be about even or better.

That really makes no difference. In polls mods are the same as regular users.

Why are you only the same as us when it gives you more rights/power?
If we're the same, why can't we even glance at the Mod Section? If we're equal why do you have a presense in both the Senate and the People's Assembly why we are only in the People's Assembly?

Your Tribunes see the mods section. Issues between staff and users including discussion of warnings, bans is not the business of the rest of the forum. Only staff and the accused. All mods are also regular members and we have the right to vote the same in any polls. We are the same on the regular user scale but we are not the same when it comes to staff issues, this can't be changed.

So we shoud just let the modship control the People's Assembly? Either both members and mods should have access to the Senate, or the mods should not be able to vote in the People's Assembly like we can't in the Senate.

Why the People's Assembly concerns us to but the Senate doesn't affect you unless your being warned.

lolwut? Of course it concerns you a little, but a lot less than the Senate concerns us. The Senate could veto anything we passed, pretty easilly actually. If anything you should be locked out of the People's Assembly thread with the exception of a mod elected mod to represent you, like we do in the Senate, which would be so hard to pass because no one likes losing power.

Again, the whole proposal of asking the accused if they're willing to have their threads published would be fine. If they say yes, publish it. No and you don't, simple and easy.

Anyway, the People's Assembly is a staff responsibility kinda sorta as it votes on rules and such. If this was how the rules should be enforced, then that's user scale and should be enforced equally.
