First off, he wasn't banned because it was offensive. It's basically racism seeing as the Jews are a race and were being horribly portrayed and insulted in that picture. So really it's a form of hate speech as well as racist content. Plus, this really just pushed him over the edge because he has insulted so many people.

He was banned because it's offensive. If no one found it offensive, he wouldn't have been banned. Che holds unpopular and quite taboo opinions, so he gets banned for exercising his right to freedom of speech.
