Che being opposed to the state of Israel wasn't a factor in this ban. His obviously racist signatures, genocidal remarks, and roughly half a dozen personal insults that were reported ON THE SAME DAY were.

The site rules, crafted by an entirely neutral party (pedro, who is on vacation), would call for much much more.

Certanily not like a conspiracy... I'm saying the appeals/judging system is broken.

What can't you get, every time someone posts it delays my post and I double post. And also I don't care what happens to Che and of his opinions. Just like he doesn't with you, me or anybody on this forum. By the way this is like the first time i have double posted.

Ya when dealing with someone who has broken just under a dozen rules in less than about 2 hours it's totally broken. There is no excuse for what he posted. Also I suggested a three month ban just because of all the points he racked up.

It's because I try to follow the rules.

So, your stance is, "Don't matter is the appeals system is broken. They shouldn't have broken a rule in the first place."
Reminds me of some of my christian friends talking about abortion.

Anti-Israeli signatures, anti-semetic three lines of text.

Genocide was, again, mostly about soldiers and those militant pro-israelis, who probably would've become soldiers. I don't think Che was calling for the genocide of Bill the Israeli walking down the street with no political opinion.

Also how bad were the personal insults?

As for the rules, if the rules call for more than they clearly are based on assuming the worst from the user and the best from the modship. Which is impossible, vice-versa as well.

This isn't about pregnancy it's about forum rules which you don't have to break look at the majority of members on here.

All personal insults should be condemned, regardless of how "bad" they are.

Worst from the user, best from the modship.

It was much less than made out to be exploded by the broken appeals and justice system.

Yeah he did. Multiple times. He has said that he hopes every Israeli who doesn't turn on his own country dies.

Riiiight, because your appeal wasn't successful and we didn't reduce a warning we gave you. Oh wait, it was and we did. It was discussed and you were informed. Your point was heard. So broken.
