    I should probably mention tha there is currently no official way to expand your terrictories beyond the those you recieve per day. The current state of the Greek city-states is outside of the norm. You can negotiate to establish military bases or place military bases abroad for military reasons, but you cannot take the terrictory itself.
    I am planning to speak to General Mosh about modifying the terrictory system tomorrow.

    I HAVE A GENIUS PLAN! We'll enslave all the Buddhists simply because they believe in a slightly different invisble man in the sky, and then I'll send them to Rome so I can have prostitutes!
