No but I wanna play Darkest Hour with Ler and Mentalish right now. I actually lied and was going to sack Rome. And Lighthouse was anyway so I'll let him do it for me.
You have 80,000 men?... ...ALL in rome? That's so fucking stupid I fee like laughing. The incoming fleet isn't incoming. There still in Istanbul.
You'll have 80,000 men, but 70,000 of them will have literally ZERO experience or training. AKA most of them won't know which way to hold a spear.
Carthage fearing a invasion prepairs 60,000 of it over trained troops 7,000 sacred band cavalry, 10,000 desert archers,200 armoured war elephants, and a naval force of 170 ships. Carthage start equiping its war elephants with ballistas. The training of the population increases from every 8 days to every day in the evening. The priests of Cthulhu begin developing a beserker drug. The new fleet will be finished next year.
the cavalry are vetrans from the first war in Greece, the archers are mostly hunters and huntresses, and the 10,000 roman legions are from the first war in Greece too, and only 10,000 are mitila.
Alright hold on 1) Look Rome, you cant pull 40,000 soldiers out of your ass. 2) Your entire army is in Rome... how could you go all the way to your port, and if I saw correct your navy would have to sail all the way around to East Italy to Venice from your port 3) Sweden proably wont get they're today, you DO realise that would take ages to get they're, one day in real life time to get reinforcements. 4) You dont control my army... you cant just say " Fuck you your army is on the other side of the river, your screwed lulz! "
Sparta wishes trade with Rome, Carthage, Leventines, Istanbul, Athens, Imperium of man, Macedon, venice, COG, and whoever else is left. @russianguy8745 @Skyicewolf @slydessertfox / @General Mosh @Anwrise888 @Lighthouse @Imperial1917
You just raised 70,000 people. You have 70,000 peasent, untrained levies. Bitch and moan all you want about it, but that's your fault for not having a large enough standing army. @Imperial1917 want to back me up on this?
Venice could take every single province you have, have Rome starve to death, and then take Rome. Having everyone group at Rome essentially seals your fate.
