Only 1,000 of those cavalry are trained. Only 10,000 of those infantry are trained. 10,000 archers with no training. Show me ONE post where you have trained hunters, or cavalry, or 40,000 infantry.

It makes no sense for anyone do invade Carthage for the Spartan wars. Carthage got rid of the government that was responsible for that. Carthage has offered only peace to the Levantine Empire. It makes enough sense as America invading China during Vietnam for the Korean.
Even if he did, your facing an Army of 500,000. If Carthage gave you every single man, woman, and child in the entire Carthaginian Empire as soldiers, you'd still have several hundred thousand men short.
Dalmatia has finished its part of the Great European Road! We are not sure of progress in other nations, and so send our workers northwards to help on the work up there. This is a good day for trade and prosperity. @Imperial1917 Dalmatia will fund the extension of the Great Road into Dacia, as there is already a trade route, and this would simply mean expanding and improving the road, making trade easier. We do however require you to contribute 500 men into the Road patrol force, which is under independent command. And you'll need to agree to keeping the road free of tolls.
