Weapons we can make, wood we have for now, Romulus has salt, food we have satisfactorily. Only thing I would like is wool and dyes for horses. Ivory is so disgustingly useless @Volland ok thanks
I can make it happen. I'll have to make drafts of one first though, so that it isn't that any one nation is TOO safe from it, but there are limits. @thelistener I think that it is a fair thing to tell you that trade itself has little effect in this game. There are the obvious diplomatic benefits, but besides that it is mostly equipment for war.
Today, many people lament in the streets of Tyre, as the great king, Hiram II, has died of old age. He was a great king, who brought much prosperity to Tyre, through many events such as the wars in Greece and the founding of Dalevantyre. Many goats shall be sacrificed in his honour. His son, Crown Prince Hiram III, will soon take his place as king.
@Imperial1917 I know,i only do it because its an rpg so...yeah. if it had real effect i wouldn't be trading potential war horses for dyes heh @Thefatkid you can make carvings out of ivory for example http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/68/Porphyrogenetus.jpg
I don't think so. For one thing, the area where Russia would be is either A) populated by recent additions to the game who would be wiped out rather easily or B) contains alot of NPC states that I control. They all have sizable garrisons which means that I would have to write up meaningless battles that would just result in equally meaningless victories. Basically, I would be spawning an army to fight with the CNPS and then it would amount to nothing since I would be writing in both the CNPS and the barbarians. For another thing, it would mean that most people wouldn't be doing anything anyways. The whole point of the suggestion is to force people into action, which this would not. I MAY have them go around or just spawn in the middle of a crowded area, but I will have to think about it. I may consider something like an invasion from the whole east side of the map, but that has its own problems.
viking type of barbarians would be ideal! nobody is safe, not even inland cos they can travel via rivers
Cheif Reginar the boar sends a ceremonial burial axe and shield in honour of the late king, though the people of Munich may not have known or seen his rule, all the same he is worth of memory. Furthermore the people of Munich hold another feast in his honour.
Tyre welcomes the Spartan emissary, and any others who wish to attend the funeral of Hiram II or honour his reign.
Thy grow up so fast T_T. Hey carthage, trade for concrete recipe? And I will trade with You sparta. @Thefatkid And @thelistener Unfortunately, i need iron so I'm afraid I'm going to have to enforce a cheaper price for it from you I hope you understand
The Spartan emissary walks over to a slave. A slave who looks like his former Prince Leonidas. The slaves talks first saying "Hello Cimon, surprised to see me like this ?" The emissary simply replies "What did they do to you!" "yes surprised to see you, alive for that matter, I will ask for your release!" Sparta asks that what was considered deceased Prince Leonidas be released. He is the heir to the Spartan throne. @Epiccheesegrater
