    No, the one child policy only effects ethic Han Chinese that live in urban areas.

    There's some other conditions, I just don't want to put all of them here.

    Yep, that policy is only in urban areas and children are hardly killed but put up for adoption.

    In fact farmers and people in non-urban areas are encouraged to have more than one child.

    Far from the truth, Americas economy is doomed to fall within 30 years(just a scientific guess of mine), and once that happens, we could see a major movement towards socialism.
