The fact is that Shaw has made this "entirely reasonable assumption" enough times already and there was no need for him to do it here again. I get the same satisfaction defending Ler as anyone who would defend Shaw here. I believe that Ler is not as bad as you all make him out to be and I saw him do good as a tribune in the mods corner. He's accepted punishment in the past for his poor actions and I am confident he will not commit them again. So I defend him and his campaign because I believe he deserves someone to do so. We can defend whoever we want and criticize whoever we want but the point still stands that there was no reason for a candidate to start throwing dirt at another candidate in this thread, especially considering we have had several threads on this issue already. It just reflects poorly on Shaw in my eyes.

He does still post a lot for someone who has quit the forums. He can claim he's gone all he likes but until he's actually gone he's just another one of those who keeps coming back after saying they're going to leave.

And that's no different from what you guys are doing for Shaw. No different. You come in here and bash Ler, we have every reason to point out what we don't like about that and Shaw doing it. You call us white knights for defending Ler, yet you're doing the same thing defending Shaw and bashing Ler. If Shaw and you guys can say stuff about Ler's campaign we sure as hell can say stuff about his.
