    It's routine practice to euthanize animals that are a menace, the title of the thread is misleading and sensationalist.
    Most of the time it's the owner's fault which is one of the many reasons I don't support pet ownership.

    It's routine to euthanise animals that are a menace to humans. Normally, the courts would wait until a human being had actually been harmed by the dog before handing down the death sentence.
