I have to stop playing, because I feel as @Barack H. Obama isn't here, this game cannot successfully continue. I feel that so much shit is going on that an be classified as godmodding (mainly the Netherlands) that I just can't take it anymore. It is only 2051, and we are barely reaching space, and yet we have hover tanks, mechs, electromagnetic rail guns, fucking super weapons, terraforming, cloning, under-water domes, etc. I feel that this was bound to happen though, as there was no statement by Barack as to the state of technology in the world, a major oversight considering this is in the future (40 years to be exact). Also, he should have listed the natural resources of every nation that was being played. This has led to only plutonium and helium-3 being traded, which is quite boring. And lastly, most of the stuff we do in the RP happens when Barack isn't online, so there is no one to police us, which leaves the opportunity to godmod open. For these reasons, I find myself no longer willing to play, and I respectfully will stop now. Thank you, and goodbye.
its not over, please dont leave... get more people on and remind them to play realistically. Also to make the game move faster 2 years are now in place for every one day. You are now the Deputy Chief of the RP so if im not on and you are, then you have full ADMIN right over it.
... I can't. I am not saying I won't do it. I actually can't. Finals are next week, and I really have to start studying. So maybe in one week I will be back on and maybe I will take the position. But not right now.
The problem with these RP's is that it's hard to stop people from G-moding and making their countries have the biggest Armies and unlimited resources.
That's why I have this idea where we use a game that's free online and make an RP their. The thing is getting people to play the game that on another website.
yeah, i've played many an RP in that, it's fun. but it's really easy to be inactive in it. I'd give it a shot though. Edit: I just remembered, i'm almost Warrant Officer Class Two in Supremacy1914 XD
alright. Count me on board. We'd also have to figure out what map (Europe 1914, 30-player Atlantic, Africa/Mid East, Asia) to play.
