Japan has began construction of under water sea domes near the Bonin islands capable of withstanding earthquakes and other underwater avtivity. Able to house 500 peole each, construction will be finished in 8 months. Useing experimental underwater solar arays towers renforced against earthquakes to power the massive underwater domes that tunnel 100 in the ground. Japan will also use these under water dome's for mineing, drilling and other scientific purposes.
