Shivering Isles does. Which begs the question why Jyggalag does not seem to be in Skyrim?
The Thalmor are the rulers of the Aldmeri Dominion.

The falmer are nothing like the great classical civilization of the snow elves, I want a return of the true snow elves of Skyrim.

They are the true snow elves of Skyrim, after the Dwemer changed them. The civilisation you yearn for is gone forever, much like the Dwemer.
And the Wood Elves shall reign forever more.

The Snow elves are technically still in the game, but now they are falmer.. blind bats that you pretty much dance in front off with high enough sneak.

The Dwenmer is more of something to build off a new ES game sorry.

Oh and Byzantium the Dwenmer is not gone forever they are at the moment "lost"

    *MINOR SPOILERS*

The only represenation of a snow elf in Skyrim was part of the thieves guild quest and they didn't seem so awesome.

And why? They rely on numbers and underground creatures.

So your basing your opinion of a race based on a looks, that is just wrong and i will not stand for that sort of bigotry. They are awesome because of there advanced civilization and being the first true people of Skyrim. The stormcloacks like to claim they are the Nords are the true people of Skyrim, I say nay for the Nordic people did not come from Skyrim and thus have no rights to claim this.

I'm surprised this hasn't already taken off like a bat out of hell.
Oblivion and Skyrim are the only ES games on Xbox, so I've only played those two. But yeah, they were hilarious and fun. I like Bethesda, the FO and ES series are awesome.

The Falmer are the first "elves" of skyrim.

But its kind of like the colonization of America, the Nord colonized Skyrim and now is home to the Nords, all other races (indians) can build casinos (Grey Quarters) or whatever they want.

But really, Return of the Dwenmer.
