    William of Orange for sure.

Maybe the Dutch leaders weren't really great, but the Netherlands itself were awesome. The great powers said: you can't do this or that thing. And the Dutch said: Whatever, we do it anyway. And we had the best navy in the world, in fact, we are the ones who made the Royal Navy great.

Yeah, we've even defeated the Royal Navy a couple times. Like in the battle of Medway, the Dutch Navy sailed into the Thames destroyed the Royal Navy.

And than came King William III, he merged the Dutch and English navy, after which the Royal Navy became the most powerful navy at the time. Before that, the Dutch navy was better trained and the same size as the Royal Navy.

Seeing as I can't choose Our Glorious Leader Alex Salmond I guess i'll go with Robert the Bruce. Mainly becasue he stood up for the people of Scotland hen pretty much everyone else including the pope told them to go away quietly. Also the Declaration of Arbroath, the first document making a King's power granted by the people not God.

He's certainly been up to quite a bit, I admire the man. I'm not sure if we have any notable figures to choose from in Scotland, so I'm just going to go down the alley of "being British" instead and go with Mr. Churchill.

He certainly knew how to deal with riots in Glasgow.

Even then, the average Glaswegian is only slightly frightened by a tank. Our only other alternative is lacing all of their deep fried mars bars with impeccable amounts of cannabis.

All of the segregation would die out within a fortnight if that were the case.

Personnaly I suggest merging Rangers and Celtic Football clubs. Evacuating everyone with an IQ over 80 and quarantining the city. They should all kill each other in about 20 minutes then we can finish off the rest. Problem solved.

Edit- Also deep fried mars bars are epic!

Ahh Glasgow. The only city where you can turn a corner and have your life expectancy drop by 50 years. :D

The last time I went to Glasgow I was amazed at the wildlife. When I was in the trainstation I saw thousands of birds in the rafters, then when I got out I saw a horse, then lots of people walking dogs. When I got on the bus, the birds actually sat on the bus. I was amazed by it. Over here there are no racial minorities, either, so I was having the time of my life walking around.
