    No, obviously when it says leader it means actual leader, meaning has an affect on the Politics and government of the country.

    I must say king Gustav II Adolf (Gustavus Adolphus Magnus) Just because it was he who got Sweden becoming the great power that Sweden was 1611-1721 and he is one of world history's foremost commanders after what he did do during the Thirty Years' War with a newly formed army which was at a disadvantage both in numbers and equipment.

    The Netherlands is not really a country of great leaders. Unlike Germany, France, and Britain... But I probably go for liberal statesman Thorbecke...

    Well, I liked Reagan because his speeches were great. FDR is another interesting fellow, being the president who led us during WW2. Jefferson changed the entire western boarder, so he's up their. Also, Lincoln was great, from the start of the Civil War, to his tragic death.
