Che is insignificant, in fact I find him barely worthy of my attention.

I like it how you are trying to justify yourself. The fact remains that you put me in a position to be insulted, disregarded and emotionally harmed, all without consulting any other of the mods. I suppose you are just trying to take advantage of the fact that the spotlight isn't on you right now, and you are trying to hold onto the shoelace of power than remains. I also consider it funny that you would call of all of that 'Crazy' or 'Extremist' when they are common Communist beliefs. May I remind you that Socialists/Communists/Anarchists are a large group on this forum. And to have the mods act out entirely based on such a messed up reason, clearly shows the corrupt, and sickening bias that exists in the Moderating group.

A person should NOT be punished simply because he has a different opinion to your own. Seeing as the moderators refuse to respect this simple act of civility, it is even more clear that change is needed. Now. So people like you cannot, in the future, unfairly punish, or harm in such a ways.

    Victory to the Masses!

But you did, unfairly, and in violation of the rules throw me in there. It is not so much the action itself, but the fact that you were willing to violate your position of authority, and the peoples trust, so that you could have 'Lulz'. And the fact that you were expecting to get away with it indicates to me that the corruption must spread deeper into the moderating team. You must understand that it is the Moral behind the action which is most disgusting.

There weren't any rules regulating the fantasyland, they were created by Stalin specifically for the lulz. Noel acknowledged he was wrong in adding you there, but really there isn't any kind of precedent to go by.

Also, corruption? This was in the other thread, but do you guys think that the non leftist members paid off Noel to make your username green? That would be corruption. Not a momentary mistake, by one of the staff which was fixed.

I think all of this might be a little bit of a overstatement. You have every right to be mad, I just think this isn't some deep rooted problem, even though I do support the reforms to a moderate degree. Problem came and it was solved.

Why are people even talking about che, and a hardline communist with with really debatable views on everything is NOT gonna be elected tribune by his 2 hardline communist buddies.

While all those things are very touchy subjects, most of them aren't against forum rules because they aren't insulting anyone or threatening violence. Some of them are pretty bad though. You could consider some of them hateful towards the american culture but its not really making fun of their language or their customs so much and most of it is just stupid and inaccurate anyway :p

"No peace until Capitalism, and Religion are destroyed.
    No peace until Communism."

That was my favourite outright WRONG and offensive one LOL

I'm completely against forum reforms. They aren't needed at-all. The "Tribune of the Plebs" idea is so convoluted and stupid.

It was fine. Che is just whistleblowing for a new system that's more more lenient towards his bullshit.

I was just citing a specific example. My point is, reforms aren't needed.

I don't really see why anyone wouldn't support them, it's essentially the old system+. Stalin retains his dictator status and still decides what the rules are, who the mods are, and can still over-rule any decision he wants, and the mods still have the power to enforce the rules. The only difference is that now the community will be more involved in the site. (And hopefully forum transparency will happen.)
It's all gain and no loss. And if the system fails Stalin can just revert back to the old ways.
