Wanted to bring up a few things here - You know that communists completely, and utterly despise racism, right? Hell, there are probably more Hispanic Communists, or Indian-communists, or black communists than there are white skinned communists. I'd personally like to see every racist, KKK member, Nazi and etc to be locked away in a mental asylum, or downright hung/shot. And second, that fascism is regarded as a right wing ideology? That in Nazi germany, communists, socialists and trade unionists were thrown in the concentration camps, years before the Jews? And that in every other fascist country, communists/socialists were shot in the streets? Calling somebody a 'Fascist-communist' makes as much sense as calling somebody as 'Hindu-atheist-christian'.

I'm not sure how you interpreted what I said as racist, and I apologize if it came across that way, but the whole 'You're just jealous of us' is a very stereotypical, and extremely notorious argument that Americans always seem to make. Personally, I don't really take offensive to that form of rhetoric any more. Hell, I'm completely open about the fact that my country is a racist shithole of a sand head - But that kind of argument is pretty offensive, and is generally regarded as extremely ignorant by non-Americans.

I'm genuinely sorry 3man, that you were forced out of your homeland. That being said, before the revolution, Cuba was a real fucking shithole. The country was run by mafias, there was no democracy, there were no cars, little electricity, running water was scarce, only a tiny amount of people were educated, and crime and poverty were rampant. I don't know for what reason your parents/grandparents were made leave the country, but you have to admit, Cuba has improved -A lot- since Fidel took over, and the fact is that the majority of Cubans do support the communist party.

How can you justify wanting to round people up and either imprison them or kill them, simply because of their beliefs?

You know, historically this kind of thinking has probably led to more communists being locked away in mental asylums and shot than actual Nazis. I guess the irony was lost on everyone except the victims.

Capitalists have a very idealistic view when it comes to Nazi's/fascists - That they should be allowed to practice their beliefs freely. The fact is though, fascism is becoming more and more popular again in the world, and this is an incredibly serious issue, and a very real threat. These people literally believe in committing mass-genocide, murdering the disabled, homosexuals, non-whites, Jews/Muslims/Atheists, and just about every other group that doesn't agree with them. In the ideal world, yes, we should allow them to practice their beliefs freely, and in the ideal world, everybody would just look upon them as loonies, and pay no real attention. This world is far from the ideal world - With their rising popularity, it is very likely that within 50 years, we will be seeing the next wave of new fascist/neo-nazi nations. This is simply something that we, as humanity, can't risk happening again. So yes, forcefully removing Nazis from society is NOT an ideal solution, but unfortunately, it is the only realistic one to combat any possible rise of fascism, and the horrors of which that would entail.

I realize that I'm probably coming across a hypocrite here - It doesn't matter. Naziism is an inherently genocidal ideology, and we all saw what happened last time we just sat by, and let them do their thing. Radical situations call for radical measures.

Kali, the idea that we can simply cover our eyes, and ignore the rising Nazi/Fascist movement is entirely ignorant. This is not the perfect world, and moderate action is not always a valid solution. I am generally against capital punishment ,but this is a case of the ends justifying the means. If we don't end them, they -WILL- harm a lot of people.

Here's the true colors of a dirty red, folks. Wipe out people that you don't agree with because they have a potential to disrupt your ideals, even when it comes at the cost of your ideals.

This isn't a matter of wiping out folks I don't agree with. Nazi's genuinely believe in wiping out the majority of humanity, through genocide. And the scary thing is, they stand a decent chance of being able to kill a lot of people. This isn't something you can just approach as another political ideology - These are scary, messed up people, and they have no regard for human life.

I've kind of extended this argument beyond my original meaning - I don't think it is necessary to go around killing Nazis. If we can find a way to do it without killing anybody, then cool, I'm down for it. What we do need to do now is intervene, and take action against their ideology while they are still growing.

This is like that time when the Tsar thought if he banned socialism it would go away.

And did you actually just pin the rise of the Nazis to power on people just 'ignoring them'? Nazi Germany came to be as a result of a very unique, complex set of circumstances that would be impossible to recreate in today's political climate. That's to say nothing of the fact that ignoring the fascists rather than making a hullabaloo about it was precisely what caused them to fail in other countries like Britain.

What's that saying about a man who raises a fist is a man who has run out of ideas? Pretty sure it applies here.

Sources, facts, or hell even just plain logic? Where has it gone?
    1. The Nazis(not Nazi's) didn't want to wipe out the majority of humanity, they wanted to kill the jews and kill the slavs in the designated Lebensraum, but they saw they benefit in cheap forced labour or even the enslavement of the "untermenschen."
    2. They don't stand a decent chance of killing "a lot of people"(I must say that's a very precise number...) because they stand no chance, or only a minuscule chance, of gaining power in any country.(fascists=/=nazists)any other ideology
    3. The historical Nazis regarded human life as extremely precious as long as it was Aryan or something close the Aryan.

Again sources? I don't see this growing threat of Nazism in Europe, and I live right next to Germany. I can say for certaincy that there are no major nazist parties in Europe(no, Golden Dawn in Greece is not nazist) and we're unlikely to see it anytime in the immediate future.
And even if "their ideology" is growing(not saying it is, you still have to provide facts), it's really not that hard to grow when you have hit absolutely rock bottom when it comes to popularity.

I mean it comes down to most of us don't think the ends justify the means when it comes to political expression. I think you should be able to express yourself however you want, so long as it doesn't threaten my well being. If someone want's to say "kill all the jews" then they're welcome to believe that, but the moment they try to act on that I'll take out one of my guns and go Arizona on them

As one of the few remaining "non-violent" communist (Personally I believe I'm going to be told at the end of this that I'm either a Liberal or a Socialist) it is my duty to shed my light on the present situation, yes I do believe that the proletariat can gain power through non- violent ways, although more then likely the present situation shows us that the revolution will be violent and many of us will have to take up the role of the vanguard.

The first thing Ler says is true, Communist hate racism and many will fight to end it, I have seen my fair share of communist go above and beyond to try to prevent racism in the community, although sadly many communist instead of preaching an attitude of love and trying to be reasonable and correct skinheads with logical arguments resort to the age old "All Nazis should be locked up or killed" which is simply not true because how can we have a socialist world while are enemies can not experience it. What is true freedoms if not even the worse of the worse can say what they want.

Personally I believe we should have Re-education for all skinheads, and no not like North Korea. But instead facilities that take care of the skinheads and teach them to look at the world through class struggle instead of race struggle, they will be properly taken care of, kind of like a Norwegian prison system and the skinheads (I hope) will look at the world through a new outlook. If this means some "Nazi" elements will slip into the community then so be it, we must allow some sort of collaboration take place. For if we do not, we look not better then they do. besides we all ready collaborate with the proletariat and the petty bourgeoisie cough Maoist cough.

Racism should be eliminated, though I'm not an idiot I know it will still exist long after the revolution and it is up to us to correct it, through non-violent means. All sensible people, be it Capitalist or Communist seek the end of racism. we just have different ways of doing such. But it is impossible to justify locking someone up based only on there beliefs.

Even some hardcore Nazis letter became the head of Eastern Germany, so that is prove that Nazis can change. Which is something alot of communist think can never happen.

Personally I have to agree with Ler on the entire Castro issue, how much it has improved since his take over is simply amazing. I have written many reports on Castro. Although I have never considered Castro to be a communist, and he has done alot of wrong (like his previous viewpoints and actions to the homosexual community) however he is making up for it, and combined with the amount of good he has done. I will always consider Castro a blessing for Cuba.

I find this:http://espressostalinist.wordpress.com/marxism-leninism-versus-revisionism/cuban-revisionism/ to be a great article on why I generally don't view Castro to be a communist, although he has done alot for Cuba.
Though we must ask oneself this: What if Castro never took power?, What if Castro didn't turn the country towards capitalism after the collapse of the soviet union, and what if Castro never became a puppet of the Soviet union.

How can you gain power through non-violent ways, then?

With communism, the incumbent government will always oppose any communist movement, usually to the point of fighting them if they ever try to take power. Something as extreme as full-blown communism will always face a lot of opposition, especially in todays world.

The Taliban also did a pretty good job on killing innocent American soliders, terrorized the population with there terror like antics and are undoubtly one of the most hated organizations in the entire face of the planet. Oh yes why not give them another chance and let them do it again. They wont let America off the hook if they did give them another chance anyway.

I wouldn't call any soldier innocent, since to become a soldier you have to accept the possibility that you will take someone else's life.
