Hooray, Lent is over! (Actually it ended at 12 p.m. today) This means I can have ice cream again!

    P.S.
What kind of crazy timezone do you live in? Two hours difference from where I live means you need to be in... Bermuda? Unless you're just late or early?

Since I live in the same house as him I assume he did it now because he could not do it tomorrow.

Or you could be like Colbert. For Lent, he gave up Catholicism.

Merged topic into this one as there was already a Happy Easter thread.

Is that a joke, I can't tell. If it is not Lent is the 40 days before Easter in which Catholics make sacrifices to prepare for the death and resurrection of Jesus. Usually involves giving up something you really like.

It was a pretty funny storyline actually. Over the span of the lent episodes he periodically tried out new religions and incorporated them into skits. He actually wore the ash on ash Wednesday on the air, which I thought was pretty devout of him.
