It's most probably a disabled german tank, you can see american(?) troops walking beside it and it has the caracteristics of what the germans thought was the best model of a tank, robust and very well armored, although not slopped armour. But I'll have to search a bit to find the model. Edit: I got to see the picture better now, it isn't even a tank, it's more like a Self-Propeled Howitzer, you can tell because of the size of the firing tube(?). Edit 2: Well the size of the firing tube(?) is like a SP gun, but it doesn't have enough angulation to fire in an arc, so I don't really know.
HAha its a howitzer on a remodled pz 4 chasis. It is called a Sturmpanzer IV Brummbär and the gun looks wierd because it is a 150mm StuH 43 L/12 gun (its a howitzer). This tank needs to be in WoT! Somebody can post for me.
Italian-Abissinian wars? I see the flag of Italy and Ethiopia there, so that's probably what it is. Oh it's the nineteenth century ones, where the italians failed!!
Right, it's also called Battle of Avai, either way both are right, it's a battle where Brazil fought against Paraguay, Caxias was comanding the 9.000 brazilian troops, his idea was to envelop the paraguayan troops and end the war. At the battle the paraguayans charged in melee but Caxias saw this and ordered Osorio to charge the paraguayans from the flanks, because the paraguayans were losing the war and would never give up in the battle.
Who would have thought? But I really don't know what that pic means, is it made of bronze? Is it a shield or something else?
Bit at a loss as well. Greek horsemen are far and few in between, a hoplite possibly in the far right, some sea serpent in the left and possibly a minotaur underneath.
The horsemen wears typical greek war gear (helmet and shield). The "snake" is probably a dragon. The markings on the shield are foreign to me, probably some strange greek culture north of macedon. But that still leaves too many cultures over 1 millenia to make an educated guess. can you give us some hints or just tell us what it is, becuase i doubt if you not have a doctor in greek history or come from the region, that anyone whil solve it, without cheating on google images. ;-)
You got closest so you win, as it is from North of Macedon. I think it is related to the Illyrian Wars.
