I did find the tank's image and the description of the photo was the name i put down there, I don't know why though.

    Edit: You won't get me anymore, that's a french self-propeled gun, ACL-135

I automatically assumed it was Napoleon by the fact that it was posted by Emperor Napoleon himself

maybe he could've posted one of the pictures of his Italian campaigns, most people would take a time to discover that, but I guess he likes epic pictures with him on them :p

That seems another self-propeled gun, probably german.

But the mg's on the top leads me to american tanks?

But then again, the muzzle on the barrel leads to a german KuK.

    Found it!

Like I thought it's a M3 Stuart, but! It's got a German 75mm Pak 40 anti tank gun in it.
They're in Trieste then part of Yugoslavia. They're part of Tito's Tank hunters. From July 1944 (first acquired the Stuarts) to November 1944 ('acquired' the German equipment) but apparently the picture was in May 1945.

Someone else can have a go in my stead.

    Also,

Looks more like US vs UK, with some native Americans in the fore front.
Found it. Gonna wait a bit before posting the answer... See if anyone else can find it.
