Well, we didn't do to half bad at the battle of the Yser... but apart from that yea... Retreating Yugoslav tank and a KFOR tank standing guard. Might want to edit names cause the pictures might show what they are about. (for instance, I just had to google 'T-55 M1A2' and I found what it was about)
I thought it might be eastern-europe ish just for the tank types (and hence era) (without seeing names) but had no idea where
the picture with the tank is probably during KFOR and the tank in the back is serbish not sure though. And the second one is waterloo the inniskillings saved wellingtons right flank or something like that. now heres my riddle
Battle of Gaugamela. Describing how he pulled his cavalry off of the battlefield and luring the Persian cavalry with it. And as soon as the gab between the main Persian army and the cavalry was big enough he then charged in and held the Persian cavalry in check with Light infantry he had hid in between his horses. The final decisive moment of the battle. I've got one.
Yes it is gaugamela They look like Char St. Charmond heavy tanks. The second heavy tanks used by the french during world war 1. but im not that familiar with that area. if its true the next riddle again a famous battle and not that hard.
Lets up the game a bit, seeing that i am currently suffering from studying for my paleography exam I am gonna let you suffer with me. Whoever transcribes the first line of the linked 16th century more or less correctly wins. This is quite an easy text so you shouldnt have too much problems. http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/palaeography/doc14/about.htm ps: there is a zoom button which you will need to use, also please dont just copy the first line from the given transcript that would just ruin my fun.

guys, stop, keep it controled, one riddle at a time, and not a new one until its solved, dont just say oh i think its this but im gonna put a new one. Wel go with the last one now, but remember, one at a time, Also, i have no idea what that last one is. Maybe renesance and looks like maybe Italian?
I think the tank is an m3 lee. The painting is quite small, do you by any chance have a bigger copy of it?
