    Before this thread is allowed to continue existing, and even if it isn't, can we PLEASE change the title to either "I would like to put forward a complaint" or "I would like to file a complaint". "I would like to put forward a file complaint," doesn't make any sense. Thank you.

    I didn't look at your profile, I'm not going to explain it, but I am going to tell you that you jumped the gun on this one. I had a look back to when I was fourteen and just enetered Grade nine, and I recalled these douchebags in the main hall, fighting with eachother, happened almost every day, not sure whether or not the same people, but there was always a large group around them, excited.

    None of this is entitled to you, none of this references you.
