    No, why:
    1. kinda an absolutist in that sense
    2. if it was someone who for some reason in your opinion deserved it (to be killed by you) and you thought you had the right to fo it you should be able to do it even if you knew you wouldnt "get away with it" and take the consequences.
    3. If you dont think you have the right to do it, then dont do it.
    4. the one the average joe would consider: "getting away" with it dosent mean people wont know it was you and it wont stain your reputation
    5. going from 4: if it wouldnt be a bad mark on your reputation (so its not viewed as imoral by most) then why would you need to get away with it?

    It depends on whether there was someone I really wanted out of the way. If there was such a person then yes, I would consider it. Go through with it? Doubt it but you never know.
