Kids doing Adderall to score better on tests

I think I saw this on the news recently, and I thought it was funny because kids at my school (including me) do it, and they were talking about it on the news like they have no idea what's going on on high schools.

For those of you who don't know what Adderall is, it is a prescription amphetamine, illegal in most (all?) countries except the U.S. and Canada, which is prescribed to kids with ADD and ADHD, known for increasing focus and concentration. For maximum effect most abusers will snort a line of the powder within the capsule. It's relatively easy to get, since mad kids get prescribed the shit. Unfortunately it's somewhat addictive, I have a friend hooked on the shit. But he does that shit all time, most people don't get hooked, he also had experience with meth in the past so he was probably more vulnerable.

But anyway, what it's your opinion on the issue? Do you think it's a big deal? Is it cheating, like steroids? Have any experience with the drug? If you think its an issue, how do you think it could be solved?

Other side effects include loss of appetite, failure to sleep, and dry skin.

I used to "move" that stuff around school, my family didn't know but I stopped when I reached highschool, crazy finding out kids still do it.

Sounds like alot of drugs. Some don't do it; some do.
I will have to check the stats on it, but I don't think that it is any more or less serious a problem than any other addictive (mentally or physically) drug.

To be honest I saw it on the Colbert Report, but they showed news footage from fox or CNN or some shit. Also i've seen it, and have done it myself.

Yes, I have done that when there's reason to believe someone is just making shit up, and always after Googling the subject myself.

There are two ways to stop this being a problem.

1. Have a big crack down on the drugs, making them illegal and harsh penalties for using it.

2. Give everyone the drug before each exam, so nobody has an unfair advantage.
