Let's make a code of conduct

Since it seems to be a big issue that there is no established code of conduct for the mods, let's start pitching ideas to be included in the code.

Would be a lot less retarded then outright demoding Kali......

I don't see why a small gaming community of a few thousand members that is already believed to be a Stalinistic Communist safe haven needs mods to have a code of conduct but if you want, go crazy.

Whatever happened to our original purpose of uniting gamers while talking about current and historical events?

Well the uniting gamers thing was a complete bust. It seems now the only thing people care about is politics on the forum.

Make a code of conduct, do it mods.

I will say that during discussions with Stalin this has come up and that this is already being considered by him and that he is the only person who should be making a code of conduct for the mods.

While they might bicker and feud, we must mark ourselves as a pillar of stability and safety amid a sea of conflict. Even the smallest crack in our pillar is but the spreading of a larger hole. This makes sense that Stalin would have to be the one to make the code of conduct for the mods, I really hope that he does at one point.

Agreed, this is a very important document that Stalin has to right and it should note rushed, I mean could you imagine if he did....*Imagines it.....yeah he should take his time on the code of conduct for the mods*

Basically just put my intro and then make a set of rules that are slightly stricter than the default ones. It's not hard. Also you should make it apply to Active Tribunes as well.

I agree Stalin should have a major impact on the code but I don't think community ideas or suggestions could hurt, unless people are really stupid.

We are pretty stupid, besides this is something directly to the mods who are under the direct command of Stalin, the community will show there bias in this regard and thus can not be trusted. Also the community is under the mods not vise versa

This code of conduct is and shell be written by Stalin in order to dictate the mods conduct rule when representing the forums and its integrity.

Remember All Mods are Equal to all other mods and above community members who are equal to community members.

Stalin is lazy. We might as well write something and have him make his impression upon it, then move on. It will save everyone time.

It's just something we have been meaning to get around to but never have.

Well they do have other things to do then just the forums, their life does not just consist of sitting in front of the computer being mods all day.
