    Stalin is a little hesitant to show his CoC, what's wrong with that? Even Chelsea has not yet had the privilege of seeing the magnificence that is Stalin's CoC, though she will probably be the first to see Stalin's CoC in a private viewing. His CoC is obviously very long and Stalin has been working (on) it really hard for a while now. Then, when that's done, his CoC will be inspected by the mods. Finally, his great, enormous CoC will be put on display for everyone on the forums to see.

    That's ultimately up to Stalin, but I imagine he will give the mods ample time to poke around with his CoC as it is quite a long one. Some mods like Kali don't like CoCs, while other members such as Viking, Kara and Duke are very eager for Stalin's CoC. Maybe those three can experience Stalin's CoC together once Chelsea is finished with it.

    Nothing yet. Last we heard, Stalin was writing it, but it was harder than it might seem. Plus he's extremely busy. Be patient.

    Well, the way I'm going to make it is as simple as (I hope) effective. Basically: Stuff like "You're a dick" won't be allowed, instead you will be allowed to say "I dislike you very much". Of course, this does take the situation in account, so if the other person first calls you a fucking soulless moron without any reason to live except fucking your mother and torturing innocent people with your horrible breath, and you respond with "You're a dick", you won't be punished. That's a matter of estimating the situation for the site's staff. There is a kind of border in my plans you could cross, but it's not very clear, more a kind of grey area. But then again: The mods team as we have it now (they will be strict without Kali) will do a fine job.

    That's the whole code. But this is all just regarding personal insults.
