new coming in that the rebels have made more ground in the southern edge of the city close to pushing them out of Tripoli all together.

i only give them 3 more days at the most before the loyalists give up or try and get out.

also reports that a large rebel force from Misrata are now about 20KM from Sirte

    A victory for imperialism.

NATO showing how weak willed the AU truly is. Nigeria's a sell out, maybe they should just take the green off their flag.

Somebody with sense. This never was a peoples revolution, only a counter revolution from the very beginning.

Hey we agree on something:p I really like how Castro and the real Che dress/dressed. Plus the beard and the cigars make it even more epic!

You realize that Gaddafi had this rebellion because he couldn't keep his people happy right? Armies don't form because they need to overthrow their righteous and perfect ruler. "I need to risk my life against a superior force because our leader is treating us so well!"

Counter revolution? When the people works to overthrow their despotic rulers, it´s a revolution. They want a great change in the political system, for the good of Libya.

Libya had their revolution. When they became SOCIALIST. A reactionary revolution is classified as a counter revolution.

I´m sorry, but I don´t know what is socialist about Ghaddafi ´s regime.

Just because he became an enemy of the western world, doesn´t mean he is socialist.
You can consider him to be your ally, but he isn´t a socialist.

And even if he was, it is a revolution. Because soviet-style socialism it´s reactionary.

Why? Because for me, everything that is against parlamentarian democracy (real democracy), its reactionary because it works against the people´s will of choosing who should govern them.
