Their a coalition, if they don't do any thing their Legitamacy will be severely questioned within the coalition. They might end up losing members

HIHIHIHIHI. Sorry dude, but no negotiation. The rebels already rejected. You will pay for your crimes.

It´s amazing that this supposed call for negotiation appears when the rebels are getting closer to Sirte.

My theory is that Ghaddafi is in Sirte and I think the "negotiations" that are being held between the inhabitants of the city and the rebels is probably a strategy to loose time, so that Ghaddafi can run as far away as he can (escaping once more).

The only African country to recognize the NTC thus far is Nigeria.

What do you think the AU might do to the NTC Libya if they win?

The same thing the AU usually does when they're upset, absolutely nothing.

    Corrected.
    And yes, you're wrong.

IMO Gaddafi is retreating deeper into the Libyan Sahara.

The AU's members might end up doing something drastic to keep their Coalition alive. What do you think.

The AU doesn't do anything. The only thing the AU ever did was settle a minor border dispute between Algeria and Morocco, outside of that they literally haven't done anything.

Reps for what? The only thing Egypt has done was told the ruling faction of Libya to not cross the Sallum with militiamen. That's just about it.

Also does Stalin make anyone a mod nowadays? I mean seriously I know we have low standards but something tells me we have no standards at all.

Venezuela, Ecuador and Zimbabwe didn´t recognized the NTC.

They are basically ruled by other "Ghaddafis".

The SCAF has made it very clear they will not make any political moves externally until there is a proper ruling body in Egypt, durr.

I'm surprised by China having informal relations with the NTC to be honest.
