No. I am completely against the death penalty and completely against torture. Killing him would have made us equal to him in the regard that we did not value another human life, and I wouldn't want that.

Death is not a punishment. It exist only to allow people revenge. Is that justice? I think not.

Nope, I wouldn't. I wouldn't touch him. Because I know, unless he was absolutely insane, that those deaths would eat away at him day after day. Week after week. All while he rotted in a jail cell. And that would be all the punishment he needed. Plus, my wife is the same. She wouldn't want me to do jack shit about it. My wife was also in the military, so we faced death pretty regularly, and we promised that we would never punish another if one of us ever fell. You can keep pumping emotion into this all you want, but I am not going to crack on this one.
