China and North Korea are communistic in the sense that everyone is ruled by a lifelong despot or oligarchy, make the same wages, and live in the same housing. Marxism is far different. I believe you believe in Marxism, which is a novel idea, but turns into either Soviet or Chinese Communism with a lot of kleptomaniacal tendancies and becomes very crooked. Parlimentary democracy works where people vote on who runs their government. Whoever runs the government picks whomever represents the government.[/quote:25gcnmnr]
I am sorry, but that isnt communism. What you call "Soviet or Chinese Communism" cannot be called communism.

Ok, it may work, but how does that equal the people fully controlling society under majority rule?

I'd say its pretty much over now. I honestly would be surprised if the loyalists mount a counter attack to retake tripoli. Most likely the soldiers will go home and the higher ups will do their best to escape the fallout once his regime completely collapses.

I think the remaining government-controlled areas will scuffle it out for a few days.

The NTC Forces(It is inaccurate to call them "rebels" now) are also fighting in Brega, so after that falls, The Loyalists will be all but destroyed. Gaddhafi has stated he will not surrender, nor flee, and that he wishes to die a martyr.
How ironic is it that the Revolutionary was ousted in a revolution(I don't believe it is fitting to call it a civil war anymore, as there has already been an effective regime change).
