    a message on the radio from Moussa Ibrahim, Muammar Gaddafi's spokesman, claiming that withdrawal from Tripoli was "a tactical move" - and vowing that the battle will go on.

    how do you explain that che? now Gaddafis own men are saying the rebels hold Tripoli

    Not only that, the NTC apparently is offering amnesty for the loyalists who bring Ghaddafi dead or alive and money to the rebels who do the same.

    The journalists finally are freed from Rixos hotel.
    They were taken by Red Cross cars.

    A journalist from CNN even said some journalists were crying of joy for getting out of there.

    The NTC is asking for 2.5 billion dollars of Libyan government frozen assets to be given to them by the end of the week. It is estimated there is over 100 billion dollars in frozen assets in NATO countries. The NTC has also announced plans for free elections in eight months.
