According to recent news from the NTC, a general from the Revolutionary Guards of Ghaddafi has ordered it´s troops to surrender to the rebels.

Now Ghaddafi is in an even worst position.

What if the rebel commanders don't agree with eachother and another Civil War breaks out?

Well right now they are being lead by Gaddafi's former justice minster until they either want to hold elections within the NTC or until the elections they have planned.

keep in mind that sectarian violance has not erupted in rebel occupied Libya and there was no retrabution in Tripoli by individuals. I see this as a good sing

Education, including secondary education were already free in Libya.... Same as studying abroad....

And how is the NTC the government of Libya? Because The Libyan people tactically retreated?

all of the reporters that are now free we now know are fine, with no wounded. we have reports of massive numbers of snipers still infesting the area around the hotel slowing the rebel advance

First I said nothing about education and it's the government because that's who a country recognizes as the government of Libya also since the last government stronghold is the hotel and in Sirte I'd say they have little control over the country anymore.

well it doesn't look like it'll come to that since once the freedom fighters get close to them they have given up so not so much as martyr but people who have been lied to.

Never mind I thought you said education, my vision is blurry. The Libyan army retreated and reformed. Instead of liberating many villages at a time now they will turn into a few large fighting forces, its not over. Libya itself will be the new Stalingrad for the belief of Freedom and Dignity.
