    all his forces that were not abandoned in Tripoli are in Sirte but even there the leaders are talking with the NTC to allow for no fighting so it's no looking good. there have also been reports of most of his Libyan fighters just laying down arms and going home to their family's. so most likely as of right now most of his army are hired guns who are low on ammo, fuel, and support.

    very true, also reports are still coming in but rebels are making head way, many snipers have given up over the last few hours due to lack of ammo and supply's. one was quoted as saying "we were abandoned here to fight someone-else's war they couldn't win"
