From what I remember of the happyness and smiles act, Kali is following the guidelines for petitions and the like. He is asking Stalin to make a change to the rules. Stalin said he wanted all criticism and proposals directed at him I believe. Isn't that the reason he kept the PA alive to begin with?

Kali should have sent the proposal in a PM if he wanted it to go straight to Stalin. Instead, he chose to put a controversial topic on a thread in the PA in his continued anti-mod crusade. There is not reason for a poll, as the essence of the Happiness and Smiles Act is that Stalin will do what he wants, regardless of popularity.

I believe Stalin kept the PA around for this very reason...

Question.....? Why would people want to shunned away from what the Mods do. I believe the Forums have a right to see what Mods do and question there reason for why.
