You know what else you guys stole? All forms of comedy. You and your fucking Dane Cook. Then you went on to destroy football. Americans ruin everything. I want my perfectly British TV back, with my Only Fools and Horses, Fawlty Towers, Gimme Gimme Gimme, and other timeless classics that are likely to be cast aside for shit like Family Guy.

I've made the executive decision that the only Britland show worth watching is Dr. Who.

Haha, I'm pretty sure the Chinese will swarm them like bees. The Ming are also more advanced. This is probably going to be a slaughter.

While Alexander sure was a talented commander, his reputation is greatly blown out of proportion. He simply got lucky, especialy at the Battle of Gaugamela (Darios didnt know shit about leading an army).
Also, the composition of the Macedonian army, though using a greek Phalanx, was much more diverse than the original Greek tactics, with strong cavalry forces and the diagonal phalanx deployment. It would be better to compare a more traditional Greek army type, like Spartans under Brasidas (for example) or Thebans under Epaminondas (who actually implemented the "diagonal Phalanx" first at the battle of Leuctra)

I dont know much about Chinese armies at that time though....

Interestingly Imperial seems to pick the weirdest match-ups.

Like I said, I saw it on another site and wondered what you guys would say.
I was surprised - and I think most of you will be - to know that some actually argued [on the other site] that the Greeks would win.
Apparently none of them were exactly history majors.
