Good news/Bad news: The Northern Koreans are slowing down but have almost taken the capital. Any countries which wish to directly send aid, can send 1-5MPP to hold them off. The UN cannot send their forces until it has been completely accepted or passed... Japan wishes protection... Norway still hasn't found any partners... Turkey is thinking over the offers... Germans are still on the edge of collapse yet haven't payed their fines... So far Japan's given up lands are all going to China... What are we doing about that?

The first shipment of aid to North Korea has been sent. It consists of various non-military items, including food, medicines/medical items, tents (for those displaced by the war), and donated clothing. (1rp, 1mp) - We encourage our allies also to send civilian-aid.

The US commits a full army group and invasion flotillas for the purpose of defending South Korea (5 MPP). Additionally, we urge the rest of the UNSC to act on this immediately.
(@ Imperial - If I may make a suggestion, the game is somewhat ahistorical, so maybe you could play as a combined/unified-Romania/Bulgaria? I'd be happy to grant a higher level of independance to you.)
